Tuesday Tabata

  • Equipment: mat, heavy and light Dumbbells 
  • Each exercise is done for 4 rounds at 20 sec with 10 sec rest between each round 
  • There will be a 45 sec rest between each Tabata circuit
  • 5 min warm-up 
  • 5 min cool-down
  • Total workout time: 40 min
